In this kit you will find two different o-ring sizes. BC3Z8590F is the larger o-ring size in the kit (4 of these o-rings are included) for the Hose Ring Seal Upper and Lower. The smaller o-ring size in the kit (2 of these o-rings are included) is for the DR3Z8566B Engine Hose Coolant Connector, which joins the upper radiator hose with the thermostat and water pump. Ford does not have an individual part number for this o-ring, as they do not offer it separately (only available from them when you purchase the whole new T-Connector).
In most cases, you will only need two (2) of the BC3Z8590F o-rings and one (1) of the DR3Z8566B o-rings to make the repair. However, this kit includes two full sets, which means you will receive four (4) of the BC3Z8590F o-rings and two (2) of the DR3Z8566B o-rings. This will allow you to replace o-rings in multiple locations/vehicles, or keep an extra set of spares on hand for the future.
