  • Compatible with Simpure DB10C, PurePlus PP-WFM10B (4.5x10” Clear), and RonAqua 10x4.5” Transparent Housings. NOT compatible with any other Simpure models within the DB series (Not for DB10/20 or DB10P) or the PurePlus/Ronaqua blue or green housings.
  • The DB10C and PP-WFM10B use two o-rings to seal the canister to the filter head. The thicker o-ring goes in the groove around the outer circumference of the canister (just above the threads), and the thinner o-ring sits in the groove at the top of the canister sump. See photos for details.
  • Package contains 2 sets of o-rings, 4 o-rings total. Replace your old, worn, or leaking o-ring seal gaskets and have a spare set to keep on hand for the future.

The DB10C and PP-WFM10B use two o-rings to seal the canister to the filter head. The thicker o-ring goes in the groove around the outer circumference of the canister (just above the threads). The thinner o-ring sits in the groove at the top of the canister sump. Check out the photos for an example of where each of the two different o-ring sizes go.

This package includes 2 sets of o-rings - 4 o-rings total. This allows you to replace your old, worn, or leaking o-ring seal gaskets and have a spare set to keep on hand for the future.

It is recommended to replace your o-rings every third filter change to prevent leaks. O-Rings do not require lubrication, and can simply be wet with water to install. However, if you’d like to use lubrication, these Buna-N o-rings are compatible with all common plumbing greases (100% silicone grease is most often used in this application).
