- Molded from solid chlorine resistant viton FKM rubber, matches the OEM spec of the o-ring that came in your system when it was brand new. Won’t swell and fail like a non-chlorine compatible rubber o-ring.
- Package contains two (2) o-rings (also called gaskets or seals). O-Ring measures approximately 3-7/8” outside diameter, 3-1/2” inside diameter, and 0.215” thick (slightly over 3/16”).

This is critical for your chlorinator as FKM is the OEM spec chlorine resistant material that comes with your chlorine feeder from the factory. Other rubber materials will swell and fail within a few weeks when in contact with highly concentrated chlorine. Your chlorinator’s lid o-ring contacts the highest chlorine concentration in your entire pool system, which is why the material is so important in this location.
